2.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate. arenappus reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where false or misleading information has been provided.
3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your arenappus account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify arenappus immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. arenappus accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as may be made available from time to time. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your arenappus account within minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take one (1) to three (3) business days to process. arenappus does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) to seventy-two (72) hours for verified accounts. arenappus reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be made to payment methods previously used for deposits, subject to applicable limits.
4.4 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your arenappus account dashboard. These limits may be adjusted at arenappus's discretion.
4.5 Currency. All transactions on the arenappus Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.
